For ages 5-8. All for FUN! Get creative with improvised story telling and puppet shows. Learn the easy basics of performance like voice projection and memorization while preparing for our two showcase plays. Plus have fun with costumes and dressing up!

Level 1: Dramatic Discovery

For ages 9-11. Explore the world of acting by taking on a role in story telling, character building and improvisation. Learn fun games that require one thing - imagination! Discover the process of preparing for a play by learning your lines, becoming a new personality and exploring the stage. Actors in this class participate in two separate performances.

Level 2: The Actor's Studio

For ages 10-12. This class is designed for experienced or mature students - take your acting experience to the next level. There will be new games, challenging scripts and improvisation to help you grow, plus have the opportunity to assist in the preparation and character building for two showcase performances.

Level 3: The Audition

For ages 12-15. In this advanced class, students will combine silly improvisation with serious studio practice. Actors will write, memorize and prepare for the two plays that the Company produces throughout the year. With a concentration on improvisation, the class warm-up exercies will create an environment of creativity with infinite possibilites. Actors will be fully prepared for an audition by the end of the year.

Fundraising/Volunteer Requirements
$50 fundraising cheque and $25 volunteer cheque are required at registration. Options: May pay out directly at registration or participate in fundraiser and/or volunteer (cheques will not be cashed for those who choose to participate).

Cancellations/Refunds
Full refunds are given only when you cancel two weeks prior to start date of class/workshop less $20 Administration Fee. If not enough registrants are received for a specific class, there is the possibility that the class will have to be cancelled. If this were to happen the student would receive a full refund.

Membership fees are non-refundable.
One week prior to the class, a reminder phone call will be given to let you know the class is coming up, direction to the centre, and location of the classroom along with dates and time of class.
